Nuance interview questions

The initial conversation was good. I had given two rounds of interview. One was with Hr and another one was with the team after they had asked me to take a small test. It was communicated that the test was good and they would schedule another meeting with the Team manager. The meeting was scheduled. And just before 5min when the the meeting was about to start. The Hr called and mention that there are some issues and they have to cancel the call. The reason will be communicated. I waited for a week and tried contacting the HR but response received from the HR. I assumed that I was not selected. But this was an unprofessional behaviour.
