Nuance interview questions

1 phone screening with recruiter, 2 with staff and final with Director. She said I'd hear from them early the next week. 2 weeks later and 2 courtesy emails from me, no communication, not even a rejection email. Terrible to ghost someone after spending 3+ hours interviewing over 3 weeks. Interviews were easy, they spoke more than I did.

I applied, and about a month or so later a recruiter called me to schedule an interview. The interviewer was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we talked about projects and my resume. I had to turn the offer down because they did not offer housing assistance.
