Interview
4 rounds, pretty straight forward. The most importance stays with the 1:1. preceded by 2 telephonic rounds and last followed by HR round. The processes although time consuming is relatively easy. But the requirement they have for is quite an extensive list under one title.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied through company's outsourced job application portal. Was contacted by member of company's talent acquisition team two days later. After discussion, she scheduled a phone call with the hiring manager for the following week. Following this one hour conversation, I was invited to onsite interview about two weeks later. The interview lasted about three hours. I emailed the recruited about a week later for status, and indicated my continued interest in the position. She said she would contact me by the end of the following week. It has now been a month since this last communication, and I have heard nothing further from her or anyone else at this company.

Question 1
I was asked a combination of behavioral and technical questions, mostly about my experience handling incidents during on-call rotations, ability to collaborate with colleagues (I gave them stack of recommendations from managers and peers that I reprinted from my LinkedIn profile), and some hypothetical situations. I felt the technical screen and onsite interview itself was fair and respectful. However, the lack of followup by the recruiter after the onsite interview - given the time I devoted to preparing for and participating in the interviews - does not speak well for Nuance, and was a warning sign as to what I might expect had I been offered a position with them and accepted it. If they do not show a candidate respect by sending even a rejection form letter once they have made their decision, I have to wonder how they treat their people once hired.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Agoura Hills, CA) in May 2018
Interview
applied online. Got a mail for an HR phone call the next day. The call went fine and was given an assessment to complete. 10 days after submitting the assessment, i got a mail regarding onsite interview. I wasnt able to accept the email invite and the recruiter never replied to any of my mails there after. Gave the interview and its been 9 days. Havent received any word from any of them. The interview was great. The team was friendly and i was given a question to solve using javascript or jus pseudo code. Apparently the requirements for the job is just basic javascript as everything else will taught on the job.
The company has to stop treating people who give interviews this way. We re looking for job opportunities, not welfare. We deserve some reply from the recruiters. Doest matter if its positive or negative
