I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Nuance (Burlington, MA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very Very Long and fragmented. I had 11 interviews over 3 months to secure the position. I thought this was a one off, but when I was interviewing candidates, it would take so long that we would lose out on great talent who would give up on us. HR and Corporate Red Tape.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nuance (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Blatantly Ridiculously Horrible interview laced with inappropriate questions regarding interviewee age and college degree of choice. Their recruiters contacted me and after 2 phone screens, I had an actual interview with a Manager, who asked the most awkward questions, i thought he must have been testing me. Nope - just plain inappropriate.

Given the fact that your age is definitely older than someone directly out of college, why should I hire you vs. a new college grad who will work for peanuts?
Asked in a snide tone: I noticed that your Bachelors Degree is in Information Technology. Was that a purposeful decision, or did you not feel you could handle getting a BS Degree in Computer Science?
