Nuance Sr Software Engineer interview questions

The first step is interviewd by HR. After that, the hiring manager started his interview. The last part of the interview is meeting the tech team, each of them asked their questions.

Time taking process of hiring. Let me share my bad experience with this company. *My interview is scheduled last Month and have been told that its a face to face round. *When I visited their office for the interview, I have been given two Algorithm based Questions(not too hard) and a old Laptop with eclipse to solve the problem. *I wrote the program and sent to home. * after one week they called and asked to come for face to face interview, I gave the same (most of the question were on algorithms, stack, Queue, linked List. Searching/sorting. * After one more of wait they emailed me that I cleared the face to face round but Onsite team wants final round telephonic. *I gave the final round and performed very well (frankly one of the best from my end).Most of the questions were on Core Java, Servlets/JSP, Webservice. Interviewer was looking very positive and explained me the role and responsibilities I have to perform. *Next day HR called me and told me that he is not got my feedback yet so asked for 2 days. *After 3 days when I didn't get any email or calls I emailed and asked about my status. He reverted back that he still waiting for the feedback. *After 2 more days I again dropped one email to HR, this time HR replied due to some internal issue or decision I am not qualified. WTH???
