OSCE Project Assistant interview questions

Written test and interview with 3 or 4 persons panel; written test is tailored to each job oppening; practical skills depending on level of complexity e.g. draft resume of a document, draft official letter; based on activities prepare budget;

Video interviews with 5 panelists , was around 30 minutes. Also I had a Written test for 1 hour ( translation) writing article to Facebook and creating budget for event.
