Optiva interview questions

It was pretty straightforward A writing test followed by an interview. The writing test covers understanding/use of English for technical writing, and technical writing structure. The interview had three parts - getting to know you and the company, scenario and technical understanding.

It took longer than needed. Even after two months from the telephonic interview, I am still not aware of the status of my candidacy. The interviewers were very friendly and asked relevant questions. But the HR doesn't seem professional. Two weeks after my second round, I dropped an email to HR asking about my status of candidacy and she didn't even care to reply. The worst experience from an HR in my career. If you are applying be prepared to not hear from HR.
