Optum Custimer Service Representative interview questions

Application submitted via Optum careers portal. Online test emailed via Talent Acquisition . Phonecall from Talent Acquisition extending invitation to interview. Detailed interview details received via email. , Two weeks later I received the call from Talent Acquisition that I was unsuccessful at interview , 6 weeks from start to finish.

I asked for a referral. I received an email for job interview schedule. First process, we did a mock call as their assessment. When I passed we proceed on the following steps, the first and final interview. The same day they told me that I passed all the steps and I submitted all the requirement then few weeks later I received my job order.
