Optum Custimer Service Representative interview questions

Supposedly was a one-day process. Started 3pm for initial interview went with mock call by 7pm on site. Was asked to go home by 10pm for final interview. Waited 2 weeks and was again subjected for another final interview. After completing their pre-employment requirements, I was told during the day of onboarding to standby if there are any fall outs. Such a waste of time and resources.

The person who gave the assessment was nice so there was no feeling of being intimidated. I passed the first assestment but they didn't send me the script for the mock call, they informed me they will send it to me however i didn't receive the file.
