Optum Customer Service Representative interview questions

Its actually very welcoming and the interviewer is very easy to talk with. I am comfortable to talk to them while im on the interview. Very friendly. I was able to speak properly because i feel comfortable

Internal Candidate - First step is to do a video interview through a third party, HireVue. During this process you read a question on the screen and record a video response - No human contact. Its been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back at all. Disappointed in the way applications are handled especially since I’m an internal applicant.
