I interviewed at Optum through an on-campus placement drive. The selection process consisted of three rounds.
Round 1: Aptitude and Coding Test
The first round was an online test that included both aptitude and coding questions. It tested logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and programming knowledge.
Round 2: Technical Interview
The second round was a technical interview that focused primarily on the projects I had worked on—both personal and academic. The interviewer went through my resume in detail and asked questions related to the programming languages and technical skills I had listed.
Round 3: HR Interview
The final round was an HR interview where I was asked to introduce myself, talk about my projects, and discuss my preferred job location. This round was more conversational and aimed at understanding my background, communication skills, and overall fit for the company.
