Aptitude test was round 1. After that around 50 students were selected for interviews. They had an HR round first, and then technical round. HR round was just a formality and sort of a hygiene check. Technical round was relatively easy and comfortable

Asked me to explain pseudocode for following question:
You have a string that is made of 'AM' substring. It can only be expended in 2 ways: 'AMAM', 'AAMM'. Now the 4 letter string can be expanded in 5 ways by inserting 'AM' anywhere in the string. If given a long string, how to check if it is valid and following the above rules

I applied in October/November.
In early March i was contacted for a video interview.
Two weeks later I had my interview. I have yet to hear back from this interview despite her assuring me that the decision process is still ongoing.
The interview was a mix of fit based questions and competency based questions.

There was a phone screening and then a remote interview. Remote interview just asked for the basics, fundamentals of computer science, and any related experiences. It was a long friendly conversation.

Interview
The interviewing experience for their internship, consisted of a video-recorded interview and a virtual zoom interview. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions about past technical work on your resume. The interview was with a real engineer at the company, not an HR person.
