I applied online via an Indeed job announcement and received an email stating I was a selected applicant to proceed in the interview process. The interview was relatively easy and relaxed. I met in person with the administrative supervisor at the clinic location I applied to work. She asked "getting to know you" questions and gave me a brief tour. The same day, I met with an LVN and clinic site administrator at another site location for which the real interview took place.

Tell me about yourself and your experiences. They also asked if I have specific skills like EKG, venipuncture, BP check. etc.
Panel type interview. Typical questions to check knowledge on procedures and techniques. Scenarios and medications were also presented to check responses. Asked about resume and that was about it. There was also online questionnaires prior to in person interview.

Great! It was a virtual interview with several managers. The process was easy. Each manager was hiring for their location. Making it in essence applying for several positions at once.
