Had one in phone interview and was asked some basic questions of my resume. Spoke about the joke description. Was scheduled a video interview. Behavioral based interview with lots of scenario questions. Took about 1 hours.

Name a time where you had to make a difficult professional decision?
2 rounds, 1st behavioral, 2nd behavioral and case. Fairly straightforward healthcare consulting strategy case, typically done by younger people in the rotational programs. Recruiters are very communicative and respond fast.
