Unfortunately Optum became much worse in hiring process lately with all recruiters are contractors with no consideration on company brand. They advertise jobs that are already lined up for internal employees and just following the normal procedures so they are following the process but they are basically wasting their own time and candidates' time as well, while ghosting candidates with no real updates on candidate dashboard.
If you are applying for a senior director, don't waste your time if you are an expat or of a minority group, those roles are actually saved for specfic demographic and it is very visible on LinkedIn but somehow it's fine giving you are operating here but they should have this as a check box in the application.
