Optum Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Had 3 interviews: - with HR - with a hiring manager - with the hiring manager accompanied by two senior engineers All three times it was about my experience, the last one was a bit deeper into C coding practices The third interview was supposed to be the final one; but instead of any communication they ghosted me completely, and didn't respond to a few messages sent to the HR cc: hiring manager. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I interviewed with them around 2015, when one of the companies they acquired was still Humedica. Super smart people, no BS puzzle questions, just hands down practical concepts. There should be more companies like that these days man.
