Optum Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Took almost a month to complete the process. Questions were related to technology and also asked scenario based questions. I have declined as I got another offer and But overall positive experience

Interview process is worst in Optum because initially they call you every minute for reminder to attend the interview and then they would take months to arrange the second interview once you have qualified it. There is zero management because they process resumes for many people and then in the end themselves forget how and when the interview was and with which person the manager took the interview.
