It was a virtual Microsoft team call, where we first discussed the resume. After, it was a series of behavioral questions. Followed by a technical question. There were 2 rounds in my interview. The process started with Resume Shortlist round and ended with Technical as the second and final round

Round 1: Hirevue Virtual Interview - 5 Pre-recorded questions to behavioral questions.
Round 2: Codility OA - These were 2 very easy questions involving strings & arrays, followed by a debugging question.
Round 3: Interview with current Optum Engineer - Review solutions on the Codility, more behavioral questions, questions about problem solving skills.
