Optym Database Developer interview questions

I was called early in the morning, first was test ( 7 aptitude and 7 dba questions), it was followed by 4 technical interviews(2 interview comprises of two people each and both asked one by one). Then 1 HR Round, 1 Director round. Overall they would have interviewed me for more than 5 hours. After two days they told congratulations you have been selected. We discussed salary and they agreed and said you will receive offer by end of the day. But they never released it. It's been 2 weeks now, they have excuse like senior manager from US has to approve it. But their senior manager never reverted back to me. Useless companies with useless communication. At least let the candidate know you have been rejected ! If you get call from optym, pleaSe don't waste your time. Because they have ample amount of time to waste.
