After applying I was contacted to do a video interview. I joined the call on time and waited for thirty minutes, all three interviewers were a no show. Without naming names there was supposed to be a Senior Sys Admin, Software Engineer and some VP. I contacted the recruiter only to find out they were "busy" and couldn't join but would contact me to reschedule that day. 3 days later I receive an email with a questionare in regards to my experience etc and why I'd want this position...this is of course information I already submitted with the original application! This is a huge red flag for me...the lack of professionalism and organization makes you wonder. I've since revoked my application.

Interview
The interview was tough, and a great experience until I talked with the president. This man told me that Americans are disloyal and cannot be trusted. I was ready to take the job until that moment. I held my composure and was polite. As a military veteran I have never been accused of having a lack of loyalty, integrity, or anything short of an outstanding performance. I have awards and accolades from every place I have ever worked. I was offered the job but turned them down just because of that bad experience. My thought was that if anything ever went wrong he would blame the American, and if job promotions and bonuses were ever to be handed out, he would skip the American because he feels we are not loyal and cannot be trusted.
