The first round interview is with the HR manager. Then followed by 2-3 hiring managers at the company to get to know the culture and role. Then you move forward to the next steps and get a good idea of what the role is like and what training you will receive.

Expectation is one should have worked on Oracle Products.
Having Project Management Professional Certification will help.

Manager interview as a step 1, then interview for panel with sales related role play scenario - with manager, vertical lead, and peer.
Fairly straightforward process and offer extended quickly after.
