I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
First I had an interview with a recruiter. It was very basic, just a get to know you kind of conversation. Second, I had an in person interview with three managers. I met with each of them separately. It was pretty relaxed, mainly just walked through my resume and relevant experience. The last part was another phone call with higher level manager. It was essentially more of the same. Overall, not a difficult processes. I was approved and am waiting on my formal offer!
