I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oracle (Singapur) in May 2015
Interview
I was referred by an existing employee. The HR contacted me with the JD and invited me for an interview with the manager. This was the first round. This round was generic where the recruiter told me about the role, the company and asked whether I can do this job since it involves a lot of calling and motivation. He then said I would be required to come in for a second round. The second round was a one hour interview where the recruiter made me do a role play, put me under a lot of stress and pressure to test my resilience. He asked questions about the product which I did not know at that point but just did it to see how I handle a situation where I am asked a question about something I had no idea about. Overall a good test of personality and sales mindedness
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do a roleplay of a call with customer in English and in native language (job required to be able to speak a native language)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (New York, NY) in Feb 2012
Interview
Mostly informal as the requirement was internal. I knew most of the interviewers personally and vice versa. I was asked why I thought I was suitable for the role that I applied for . Not many specific skillset related questions were asked. I however did gain a lot of insight into the role that I was applying for and the discussions were interactive
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied to the position via University and also had a referral. I was contacted shortly after for a 30 minute interview. Super nice and friendly and really explained the position well. After the interviwe she gave me pointers on things to change on my resume before she sent it on for the 2nd round interview (also a phone interview). Overall a very smooth and timely process.
