I just had the pre-screening interview this June and it lasted 30 minutes. They asked me to turn my camera on but they didn't turn on theirs so it felt really one-sided. They were really adamant about my migration status and didn't let me explain myself .

Interview
It was a fairly standard interview process that began with an initial phone screening conducted by HR. This was followed by two technical interviews—one with a hiring manager to assess my experience and problem-solving approach, and another that involved a hands-on coding session to evaluate my practical programming skills.
