Oracle Database Administrator DBA interview questions

The interview process was very strange for me as it was conducted as a group. In the first round I was asked to explain about roles and responsibilities as a DBA. I felt I explained better but I got rejected. As of that interview I realized that other people in group have more skills and experience than me.
