This has, without a doubt, been the worst interview experience of my entire professional life. After a gruelling process that included five interviews, starting with the initial screening by the recruiter, and having invested over two and a half months of significant time and dedicated effort, I was met with complete radio silence. Not only did they ghost me, but they failed to respond to my multiple, persistent attempts to obtain even the slightest bit of feedback.
I meticulously tried to contact the recruiter through both email and LinkedIn, humbly requesting any information regarding the status of my candidacy. While I've come to terms with the likely rejection at this stage, the absolute lack of a response is frankly unacceptable. It's particularly frustrating to know they've read my messages, yet haven't extended the basic courtesy of a reply.
I repeat, I have completed 5 interviews. The bare minimum one can expect from any professional interaction is respect. This expectation becomes even more pronounced after such an extensive interview process, where a candidate invests considerable time, energy, and emotional effort. The complete disregard for my time and effort speaks volumes about this company's internal values. If this is how they treat potential employees and candidates, I shudder to imagine how they handle their clients. A future built on such a foundation of disrespect can only be described as bleak and unsustainable.
To anyone considering applying to this company: don't bother. The complete absence of professional communication and the blatant disrespect shown throughout this process are clear indicators of a deeply toxic company culture. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration. There are countless other organizations that value a candidate's time and effort, and foster an environment of mutual respect.
My experience has left me profoundly disappointed, not just in the outcome, but in the glaring lack of professionalism exhibited by this company, at least in Malaga. It's a stark reminder that even in today's competitive job market, some companies still fall short on fundamental human decency.
