Al haber comenzado el proceso desde una visita guiada a la empresa, por la cantidad de aplicantes no había suficientes evaluadores por lo que se nos asignaron empleados al azar para hacer las entrevistas, en mi caso tuve una entrevistadora agradable pero no parecía saber del tema de RH.
