I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oracle (Redwood City, CA)
Interview
The interview process went pretty smoothly for me. First round was very casual and the interviewer just asked mostly experience and behavior related questions. There was a bit of a gap between my first and second round, but later other interns said they had the same time gap of a month or so, so I would just make sure to keep following up and stating your interest. Second round was with my team manager and it went really well because we clicked right away!

Question 1
"What was a marketing strategy that you were apart of/led at your last internship? What did you learn?"
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Interview process was very long and drawn out. The recruiter was generally pleasant to deal with but the entire experience lacked transparency from the get go. Wasted so much time and energy on five separate interviews only to be told at the last hurdle they were looking for other candidates. Very poorly handled - emails gone unanswered, calls and voicemails ignored. I eventually pulled out of the race, after a 4+ month process - if that is how they treat prospective employees, I think I dodged a bullet!

Interview
Absolutely unprofessional. Cancelled several calls without notice for weeks and then just disappeared without any excuse.
Mostly filled with recruiters in the talent acquisition in Romania who clearly don't have any training in hiring or handling candidates.
