I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in May 2013
Interview
Again, probably not a reflection of the normal interview process, but for the first Class it was just a telephone interview. My roommate received an email through LinkedIn, interviewed, received an offer, and was asked if she knew anyone else she thought the recruiter should contact. She referred me and I was sent an email. We set up a phone interview. The call lasted 45 minutes and was informal. Afterwards I was sent an email with an offer and was asked to scan in some papers.

Question 1
Did you play sports in school? Do you know a lot about Oracle? Why Sales?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Reston, VA) in Jul 2015
Interview
First I was contacted by a recruiter - basic 20 min conversation on my experience & skill set.
The recruiter then passed me along to the "next phase" which was an in person interview.
The in person interview consists of multiple interviews with the different Regional Managers (4). Each interview (held in the manager's office) was about 1 hour long where they have a packet of questions they can pick from. Most of the questions were similar & not extremely difficult. They are looking to learn about you, your previous experience, and where you can fit in within the organization.
At the conclusion of the interview sessions the managers then come together and discuss / rank the candidates.
After a week I received a phone call that I was selected for the position and I would receive my offer letter shortly.
From the initial recruiter conversation to the signed offer letter was a little over 3 weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2013
Interview
I knew the hiring manager so the process was much quicker. Just two formal interviews about my history in the tech sales industry. I met with the VP of Sales and direct hiring manager once each.
