Oracle Recruiter interview questions

I entered the selection process by being recommended by a current Oracle employee. For 4 weeks, I've been through one 1:1 interview, one Excel test and 3 phone interviews. The good part was the professionalism of interviewers. I must confess that I have never been to a more structured, enjoyable and empowering interviews. The bad part was the offer presentation. It was made by phone, with no clear details, mainly presenting only the salary, no other benefits included. I will find out the other benefits when I will go and sign the contract.

4 stage interview plus a face to face, followed by a long wait as it goes through the corporate approval process. then an even longer wait to on board but once "in" it is great and very slick
