Oracle Sale Development Representative SDR interview questions

Laid back interview, genuinly trying to capture why you are interested in the sales role. They also appreciate you being open and vulnerable with your experiences. Make sure to add in everything you really want them to know!

Started with a phone call with recruiter-30ish mins, basic introductory screening. Next was orientation then 2 back to back 30-minute Zoom interviews with 2 different Sales development managers, and then another final interview with the Regional Director (but my case was unique). Had to pitch a product in one of the interviews, a mock sales call.
