I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Berkeley, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Three thirty minute phone calls. Very low pressure and never really stressful. Interviewers tend to be mid level managers and sometimes even Sales Reps that have been there for 2 or so years. Not too hard to get in. They seem to only hire from top universities (USC, UC Berkeley, UCLA, etc.).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic background questions. General experience. Why Sales? Why Oracle? A few scenarios to test your phone skills on the spot.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Durham, NC) in Nov 2013
Interview
Easiest interview process, they asked me about my experience in college with extracurricular activities and how competitive of a person I was. They asked me a bit about my interest in the technology industry and I responded with my internship experience. I only had two phone interviews and then was offered an offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process was fairly straight forward with three rounds of interviews. Starting with a screening from a campus recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a manager, and ending with an in-office back-to-back interview with two sales managers. The offer came shortly after.
