Initial phone screening. then 6 rounds of interview at onsite. after 3 weeks got a call from senior director regarding the offer negotiation.

Cordial interview process, good description of expectations, good balance between talking and listening. Felt appreciated and encouraged to present my professional background. Interview followed a template, which I believed is a good idea. All the important chapters were considered: suitability for technical requirements, team work, personal development, career plans, compensation, benefits.
