I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
I made it clear that I was looking for a remote position from the first call. I went through all the process and when they made me an offer, they requiered me to move to Boston.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle in Apr 2022
Interview
Went through 7 interviews:
1. Phone screening with their talent acquisition
2. Interview with a senior software manager
3. Interview with senior UX manager
4. Interview with a panel of 6
5. Collaborative design session with 4 of their team members
6. Interview with a director
7. Interview with UX manager
There was some miscommunication between their recruiting team which I felt was a bit disorganized for a big corporation. However, all the interviewers were very friendly and professional. The only exception was the last person who interviewed me as I found their attitude condescending during the interview--she interrupted me several times and said things that were rather insulting.
After the last interviewer, I was ghosted by the company. No email to let me know that I was rejected. Nothing.
Note to the company: If a candidate has gone through 7 interviews with you and had to take vacation days to do that, the least you can do is send a thank you rejection email. This was by far the worst experience I have ever been through.

It was in person at their headquarters. I talked to three people on the team. Basically was a bunch of behavioral questions. There were not any case studies, technical questions, or problem solving types of questions.
