In my opinion, the HR employee who currently works in the office in Chisinau demonstrates a flippant, unprofessional, irrational and aggressive behavior. The HR has no respect even for very qualified candidates. It looks like she needs to be put in her place. She behaves herself like she owns the business and is about to destroy any reputation of the business. She has very poor English skills, too many basic mistakes for a couple of very simple sentences, e.g., perfect tenses, irregular verbs.

The HR from the Chisinau office, contacted me in the Romanian language though I had never put this language in the list in my profile. She asked for my contacts. When I asked why she needs my contacts if she has never read my profile she told me that she had reviewed my profile very well and after this statement spontaneously rejected me saying that "you don't want to collaborate".
