The interviewer greets me and introduces themselves. I respond politely and perhaps engage in a bit of friendly small talk. The interviewer explains the structure of the interview. The interviewer asks me to introduce myself and talk about my background, education, and any relevant experience.

Il nous font commencer avec un entretien avec le responsable des ressources humaines, nous avons ensuite un entretien avec notre manager direct. Et pour finir il y a eu un entretien avec le N+2 pour la validation de la candidature.
