Orange interview questions

I applied through a recruitment agency. I found interview process really good as interviewer was keen in my approach to solve the problem. First round was to assess functional testing concepts. Second round was to assess the Automation skills. Third and last round was the Director round. I cleared all the rounds and I was hoping that I will get offer letter. I did follow up with HR of recruitment agency. But she didn't give any reply and didn't pick up the call.
