Interview
1. Spoke to the recruiter for about 15min to discuss the position, she was very polite and straight forward.
2. Second round; a Mock call, followed by a 15 min interview to discuss further about my experience and SDR role.
3. Third round; 20-30 min phone interview with VP of sales.
4. Fourth round; received an invite to the office for an in person interview, met with VP of Sales and SDR Manager.
Overall experience was great, top of the line office . Everyone is extremely friendly and just an excellent environment to be in.

I applied online. I interviewed at Own Company (Fort Lee, NJ) in Nov 2016
Interview
From first interview to hire, it only took 3 weeks...OwnBackup's interview process moved much faster for me than most companies. It started with a short phone screen with HR, which was very professional. Then, I had two phone calls with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to learn more about the role. After that, I came into the office and spoke to the VP of Marketing and CEO. I got an offer about a week later.

Question 1
There weren't really any stumper questions...all of the questions were highly relevant and didn't feel like mind games or time-wasters.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Own Company in Sep 2016
Interview
A couple of 30 minute phone interviews. They wanted me to take a test in a SalesForce Sandbox. Never heard from them again...Very unprofessional!!! The seemed to be very unorganized!
We’re sorry that we dropped the ball in following up on your September 2016 interview. Thank you for recently bringing this to our attention. That you took the time to take our candidate review test, showed us that you respected our process. We certainly did not respect you by not following up afterwards. This was unprofessional and we apologize.
