PPD CRA I interview questions

Interviewer was over 5 minutes late to call. Very dry and not enthused. Did not get a pleasant vibe from them. Although, I've heard they're managers are great. I felt I was more qualified for a level 2, but she was not receptive to this. I ultimately received a letter that they were pursuing other candidates.
