PPD CTC interview questions

Online Application. Referred to recruiter by internal employee. Recruiter called and set up a 30 minutes interview with themselves (the recruiter for that position). They were more focused on the specific position vs overall company jobs/openings. It was a fast process and they set up more interviews with 1 people manager and then later with 2 at the same time. I received an offer shortly thereafter.

It was a long process but very smooth. Everyone that I talked with was very nice. As soon as I accepted the offer, I received onboarding information to complete. They explained the position in depth to me, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was very please with the process.
