Phone screening with HR, then interviews with three managers from different locations. They heavily use STAR format for their questions. People are really friendly and like to know what your long term goals are. Provide detailed examples. I heard one manager say they want to imagine the stories you're talking about.

3 interviews in one day, 1 over webex 1 in person & 1 over the phone. They were spread out from 9 - 3 PM so it was a long day. Received an offer the next day. the pay for this position is half of their competitors , no negotiating and they only gave me 10 hours to give a decision.
