They mostly use the STAR Method for interviewing. I interviewed with 3 different people at the management level. Positive experience overall. There's also a screening with HR prior to the in-person interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Bellshill, Schottland) in May 2018
Interview
From finding out I selected for interview to receiving my successful job offer, the process took around two and a half weeks. First step was an email from HR/recruitment to find out some basic info and then a few days later my interview was set up, after I provided a range of suitable dates and times. The interview itself lasted around an hour, with a senior project assistant and department manager, as well as the recruiter being present over the phone. Standard/expected questions really, discussing my background and experience, competency questions, and why I wanted to work in this field. Everyone was really friendly and was made to feel comfortable
