It was a multi-interview process. The first interview was a general interview with a recruiter. The next interview was with two managers. It lasted an hour, 30 minutes to interview with each manager.

In your current position did you ever make a mistake? If so how did you react? Describe a challenging situation and how you overcame it?
I was contacted by a recruiter and we scheduled a brief phone interview to talk about my previous research experience. He followed up right away with more information about the company and the benefits, and we were in communication to schedule an interview. I interviewed 2 weeks later, and the interview was about an hour and a half. I had three interviewers who were very kind and excited to communicate what the company had to offer.
The questions were very behavioral-based and gave an entry-level candidate a lot of room to showcase their hard and soft skills as it related to the position. Overall it was a comforting experience.

Very short and easy. Asked a few technical questions and focused on the resume. The interview consisted of two 30 minute sessions. There was one initial interview with the HR department and then a second interview with the mangers of the lab.
