Recruiter contacted me to discuss potential position, 2 weeks later had a phone call with a PPD manager, as that was successful had the final video interview with 2 PPD managers after 3 weeks.

What would you do if a PI decides to enrol a participant if they do not meet the eligibility criteria?
What do you do if you arrive on-site for a visit, however the coordinator had forgotten to add your visit to the agenda, and now there is no space for you to monitor and the patient notes are not ready?
Applied online and heard back about 2 months later for a telephone interview. That went well and then had a teams interview with two managers.
They were very friendly and firstly went through my CV in depth. Asked about my experience the trials I had worked on and how often I had monitored.
Then it went onto scenario based questions which lasted for about 25 minutes. The whole interview was finished in about 1hr10 mins.
I heard back a week later to say I had the job.

The process was smooth. There were 2 interviews for 30mins each and they asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interviewers were kind and knowledgeable. I would say make sure you prepare and leave a great first impression they made an offer really fast.
