Interview
I first applied for a statistician position from PPD corporate website and then quickly got a response from PPD HR person who asked me if I was interested in a phone screening by the hiring manager. After talk to the hiring manager I was immediately invited for an on-site interview within one week of the phone interview. My impression about this interview is that Richmond might not be a good place to live and PPD
might not be an ideal company to work for.

Interview
It was a regular one-day interview, meeting with about 7 or 8 people. Most of the questions are behavior questions and using the STAR system. Overall, an intense experience.
