Relax and “two-way” interview. They asks you about your job experience and some personal stuff too. Initial interview is over the phone then after a week they will schedule for the final interview (depends on position you applied)

Phine interview with the HR then they will invite you for an online interview via team with the hiring manager. Once you passed on the hiring manager, the director will now interview you.
