I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
Very relaxing interview process. Took around 2/3 weeks.
1st stage is a phone call with a recruiter - they just ask about your experience and what you know about the company, salary expectations, what role you are interested in.
2nd stage is a formal interview, remote due to COVID - done through Microsoft Teams. Situation and knowledge based questions with two interviewers. Each interviewer asks a set of questions each and it lasted around 45 mins.
Very laid back and comfortable interview environment. Make sure you read the job description and can show how your experience will help in the role. Also make sure you are able to use the STAR technique when answering situational questions.
Make sure you have 4 questions prepped surrounding the role and the company to ask at the end - be creative!
