I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PPD
Interview
Complete waste of time the interview lasted over 2 hours and all I got was customer service based questions as if I was going to be working a call center.

Question 1
How do interact with customers you never seen before
I applied online. I interviewed at PPD (Madison, WI) in Jun 2017
Interview
Really easy interviews, but long. 3 interviews with 3 different groups/people. Everything's behavior based, super open to using whatever experiences you'd like. Maybe I got lucky, but all of my interviewers were pretty decent at letting it turn into a conversation instead of being super hoity toity about the process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to make a big decision without your supervisor/manager.
I applied online. I interviewed at PPD (Bothell, WA)
Interview
Seemingly typical interview process, with an initial phone screening followed by an in person interview. The in-person interview was in panel format, with three employees, consisting of one manager and senior employees. The interview itself was most behavioral question based, nothing really technical at all. After the interview was over I got a phone call within the week with an offer which I accepted.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions, not many technical questions. Something like "Recount an instance where you had to work through adversity."
