PPD interview questions

I applied for the position online. A recruiter reached out to me via email, followed by a quick phone call to help schedule an onsite interview and to determine which lab I would interview for. The onsite interview took less than an hour. It consisted of a set of one-on-one questions with two different people.

Not many technical questions. Some general questions, such as strength, why choose this company, why looking for a job, etc. They rely heavily on the questionaire to ask behavior questions. Every answer should be in STAR format. Situation, Task, Act, Result. Google that before going for the interview. They like to know your experience with clients.
