PPD interviews FAQs
Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Madison, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
I met with a variety of upper management roles to discuss my background, as well as my prospects and goals both inside and outside of the company. There was a brief tour around the facility at my request, during which I was given more details about the nature of the work, which is fairly difficult to explain in an interview setting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Blue Bell, PA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview took a minimum of 3 hours, with 4 different interviewers, and a lot of repeated questions.
It also took several emails to set up a time and my interview was rescheduled 3 times, one of which was at the last minute. In the end, after finding out more about the position, I realized I was over qualified, especially for the pay they were offering. I've heard they don't pay well but I was shocked at how little it actually was. ($15/hour for a job I used to do for $45,000/year)

Name a time you performed excellent customer service.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was the longest interview process. i spoke with the recruiting manager. I was then scheduled an interview with a manager. After that I had a 4hr long web ex interview. I supposed to be provided with a presentation topic 30 minutes before the interview started to get it prepared and present to the interviewers. I was sent the presentation 10 mins late. The whole process quite honestly was strange. You're presenting the topic but you could be presenting it to CRA's or study team or sites. It wasn't clear and information provided was vague.
